Diagnose

Design

The 4D methodology is how we run an engagement; DUAL is the model of leadership beneath it. Most programmes train what a leader can do. The work that lasts also shapes who a leader is. DUAL develops both at once, running two paths through the same four steps: the inside-out path builds the being of a leader, and the outside-in path builds the knowing and doing.

Talent was leaving and the leadership culture had gone flat. We defined the leadership behaviours the business actually needed and embedded them across more than 150 leaders.
