Leadership grows from the inside out, and the outside in.

The 4D methodology is how we run an engagement; DUAL is the model of leadership beneath it. Most programmes train what a leader can do. The work that lasts also shapes who a leader is. DUAL develops both at once, running two paths through the same four steps: the inside-out path builds the being of a leader, and the outside-in path builds the knowing and doing.
