Real-world simulation, facilitation, and blended formats, run by practitioners who've sat in the seat. No deck-reading, no workshop theatre. The room works on it for real.

Sustain the growth with coaching and tools.

We embed the change: coaching rhythms, behaviour signals, and performance systems that track decision quality for 6 to 18 months after the room empties. The board sees the line move, not a satisfaction score.
