01 / Who we are
Independent, senior, built for the executive room.
CapabilityFX is a capability-development consultancy. We turn strategy into capability your people can actually use. We diagnose, build the programme, and stay for the reinforcement.
We are an independent business and a licensed distributor of Tomorrows Compass, one of several measurement tools we bring to an engagement.
02 / The bench
People who have sat in the seat.
Founders up front, senior associates and partners around them.
