A methodology, not a programme.
The 4D method: Diagnose, Design, Deploy, Develop. Every programme starts with a measurement. After six to eighteen months of coaching and reinforcement, the cohort is measured again on the same instrument.
Diagnose
Pinpoint the capability the strategy actually needs.
Every programme starts with a measurement. It begins with what the strategy demands: the decisions, the markets, the operating model. The instrument measures what is present, and the gap becomes the brief.
Design
Custom learning blueprints, built around real decisions.
The programme is built around the decisions the cohort is about to face, not around a catalogue. Every session comes from a decision the leaders will face this year.
Deploy
Experiential learning, delivered at scale.
Senior practitioners run it: immersive programmes, facilitation and coaching, in the room and online. They have held the roles they now teach.
Develop
Measured again on the same instrument.
Coaching and reinforcement run for six to eighteen months. The cohort is then measured again on the same instrument that set the baseline. The board sees what moved, not a satisfaction score.
The result is capability that holds after the programme ends, and a second measurement that shows it.
“The strategy is rarely the problem. The capability to deliver it is.”
